Francois Vauthier, Aareon

François Vauthier has been serving as the CFO of Aareon Group since February 2025. François has over 20 years of experience leading sizeable global teams at major companies operating in the telecom and software industries. He served most recently as a CFO of Cegid, a leading European provider of cloud business management solutions, where he successfully supported the company’s organic and strategic growth initiatives. Before that, François held a number of senior leadership positions in the telecom sector, preceded by some experiences as group controller, post merger integration director and internal audit manager, including working across Europe and Americas. He began his professional journey as an auditor at Ernst & Young France.

François graduated with a master in management from Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) and with a MBA from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale (USA).
